Such activities are beyond the control of Raquela Petre and this policy.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.



How Data is Used. We may use this information to provide services, including but not limited to administering our business activities, presenting the website and its contents to you, providing offers of products and services, providing information about your subscriptions and products, and providing customer service. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. This also applies when you register for our website, sign up through any of our forms using your email address or make a purchase on this site.


Email Policies. We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from our Company will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications from us and our partners by following the unsubscribe instructions within the e-mail. 


Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance. The Site is not intended for or directed to children under 13 years of age and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13, we do NOT knowingly distribute such information to third parties, and we do NOT knowingly allow children under 13 to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information through the Site. Governing Jurisdiction. This policy and the use of these Sites are governed by laws of the state of California. If a dispute arises under this Policy, we agree to first resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the state of California. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States.
